Swell (Yotpo)

With this integration, you can pass email addresses collected through the Attentive sign-up unit to Swell.

Step 1. Collect Swell information

First, log in to the Swell Rewards platform (now known as Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals) and collect your Swell API Key and GUID. See Finding your Loyalty & Referrals API Key and GUID for details.

Then, create a custom action campaign and save the name of the custom action in the Swell platform to send the email addresses to. We recommend using a custom action created just for the Attentive integration.

Step 2. Set up the integration in Attentive

Now, complete the following procedure to set up the integration in Attentive’s platform:

1. Navigate to the integrations setup page and select Yotpo (Swell).
   • Note: If you do not see Yotpo (Swell) as an option on the integration setup page, contact our White Glove team (whiteglove@attentivemobile.com).
2. Enter the following details that were previously collected in Step 1:
   • GUID
   • API Key
   • Action Name
3. Click Set up integration. Your Swell account is now connected to Attentive.
