After you create a new campaign and design the messaging, we recommend reviewing it and sending a test message to yourself to ensure everything is accurate. To make adjustments, click Edit recipients or Edit design on the Review tab.
When you’re satisfied with your changes, you can send the campaign immediately or schedule the campaign for a later time.
Send a test campaign
After you configure and design your campaign, we recommend sending yourself a test.

- On the popup, enter one or more phone numbers to send the test message to.
- Select Send test message to all company users to send it to your colleagues.
- Click Send test.
- Confirm that you receive the test message, and review it for any changes.
- When you’re satisfied, send the campaign to your subscribers.
If you added personalization to your messages, the test message doesn’t display the personalized fields. Instead, the field names display in brackets, as pictured below.
