If you are using a toll-free number or a shortcode, you can set up text-to-join (TTJ) keywords within Attentive. Aside from the exceptions, below, you can configure any word to be the keyword (e.g., "SHOES", or "SMS").
Please note that you can't use the following keywords: JOIN, JOINSMS, JOINMMS, JOIN2x
