The Make + Attentive integration allows you to automate two-way data flows between Attentive and other tools or internal systems— all without writing code. It enables customer attribute synchronization, real-time event triggering, subscription management, and more through Attentive’s public APIs and webhooks.

With this integration, you can:

  • Ingest data into Attentive using Make’s actions, including custom events (e.g., reservations, purchases), user profile updates (e.g., loyalty tier, city), subscription management (opt-ins/outs), and privacy deletion requests
  • React to real-time engagement signals from Attentive using Make’s webhooks, such as SMS replies, link clicks, email opens, and subscription changes
  • Sync Attentive data with other platforms like CRMs, loyalty programs, reservation systems, or support tools to maintain a unified customer view
  • Trigger Journeys and update segments in Attentive automatically based on external data or cross-channel activity
  • Automate end-to-end workflows (e.g., when a user completes a reservation, send a confirmation SMS via Attentive and log the interaction in your CRM)

By using Make as the bridge, you can create scalable, bi-directional workflows that connect Attentive to over 2,500 pre-built apps — no developer required.
