What is it?

The Individual Profile View is a centralized hub that provides a comprehensive look at every subscriber in your network. How do I use it?

You can search for, view, and manage subscriber details through the following steps:

Click into the location details to open a historical log of all location-based events. This provides transparency into how locations and timezones are assigned, helping you troubleshoot segmentation or message timing.View of the location history. Columns include location, event, IP address, and date,
  • [Beta] The Attributes tab inside the drawer (side-panel) surfaces a condensed version of a shopper's complete profile data directly within your active workflow. This allows you to quickly verify data ingestion, troubleshoot campaigns, validate integrations, or investigate segmentation behavior without needing engineering support.

By consolidating interaction history and custom attributes in one place, you can gain deep context into a subscriber's journey without navigating multiple menus.
