Create Recharge segments based on Recharge attributes and events.
Before you begin
- This guide assumes that you've already set up the Attentive and Recharge integration. If you haven't, see the Recharge setup guide first.
- Ensure that you have subscribers correctly identified as Recharge users. See Set up transactional messages for Recharge for more about how Attentive and Recharge work together.
- Recharge purchases are not captured by Attentive ‘Purchase’ events or Shopify’s ‘Order Confirmed’ events.
Create a dynamic segment with Recharge
- Go to Segments.
- Click Create segment.
- Next to Dynamic segment, click Create.
- In the Choose condition dropdown, add either a subscriber’s characteristics or a subscriber’s activity as a condition. Scroll down to the Recharge section of the dropdown menu to see all your options.
- Customize your Recharge segment. When you're finished, click Create. See Create a dynamic segment for more information about building segments.
