Your Sending Time Zone is the default time zone used when you schedule campaign messages. Campaigns can also be scheduled based on the local time of each subscriber. You can change your Sending Time Zone at any time.
Important: Changes to your Sending Time Zone will affect scheduled campaigns. For example, if you scheduled a campaign for 11:00 AM EST and then changed your Sending Time Zone to PST, your campaign will now be sent at 11:00 AM PST.
Update your Sending Time Zone
- Go to Company settings and scroll to Sending Time Zone.
- Click the dropdown and select a time zone. We recommend you use the same time zone as your company address.
- Click Save settings in the lower right corner of the Settings page. Your updated time zone will now appear as an option when scheduling new campaigns.
Any campaigns that were scheduled to send at your prior Sending Time Zone will now be sent at your updated Sending Time Zone.
