Dynamic products are products associated with events that initiate a subscriber’s journey, for example when a subscriber adds a product to their cart. If you use a non-Shopify eCommerce site, you can add dynamic products to emails in cart abandonment journeys to show any or all products a subscriber added to cart.
While this feature was originally built for Shopify stores, it's available for other eCommerce platforms that store cart data in a specific way.
Prerequisites
Attentive needs shopper cart data in order for you to use dynamic products in your emails. This is a technical requirement that depends on how your eCommerce platform is set up. There may also be some additional manual configuration that must be performed to use this feature.
