How many products can I add to my email?

You can add as many products from your catalog to your email as you want.

How do I resize a product image?

Follow these steps to resize a product image:

  1. In the email editor, click the image you want to resize.
  2. Below CONTENT PROPERTIES, drag the Auto width slider to change the percentage of the row the image takes up. As you change the width, the height changes proportionally.

Which product image appears in the email?

By default, the first product image associated with the product in your Shopify store or from the Product Catalog API appears. However, you can replace this image by clicking on the image in the email builder and then clicking the Change image button.

What if the image doesn’t appear in the email?

Attentive pulls data from your Shopify store or from the Product Catalog API. We recommend reviewing the product information in your catalog to troubleshoot the issue. After you add the product to your email, any subsequent changes you make in your catalog won't appear in the email. For more information, see our Product catalog tag.

Can I edit product information in the email?

Yes! You can customize product name and price.

Can I edit the buttons?

Yes! After you add products to your email, you can use the email builder to change the color, text color, size, text, alignment, URL, and more. See Design your email for more information.
