MMS messaging is supported in the US, Canada, and Australia, but not in any other regions (see table below for supported phone number types in each region). This is due to carrier limitations for sending marketing messages in those regions.
When sending an MMS message to a region that does not support it, the message will automatically be converted to an SMS. Your recipient will still receive the message, but they’ll receive it in a different format.
