You can archive journeys to hide them from your main list, helping you keep your view organized and easy to navigate. Archiving a journey doesn't delete it; it simply moves it to a separate archive view where you can still access its performance data and history.
What to know before you archive
- You can't archive a journey that is currently Active or Scheduled. You'll need to turn it off first.
- Archiving a journey will not delete it. It moves the journey to a separate archive view.
- You can't edit, copy, or view a journey while it's in the archive. To make changes, you'll need to restore it first.
- You can't permanently delete a journey from the archive.
How to archive a journey
- Navigate to the Journeys tab in your account.
- Find the journey you want to archive in the list.
- Click the three dots (...) at the end of the journey's row.
- Select Archive from the menu.
- On the confirmation pop-up, click Continue.
A success message will appear in the top-right corner, and the journey will be moved to the archive.

How to view your archived journeys:
- Navigate to the Journeys tab.
- Click the three dots (...) next to the Create Journey button.
- Select View archive from the menu.
This will take you to the Archive page, which lists all your archived journeys. You can use the search bar and filters to find a specific journey.
How to restore an archived journey:
- From the Archive page, find the journey you want to restore.
- Click the three dots (...) at the end of the journey's row.
- Select Restore journey from the menu.
- On the confirmation pop-up, click Continue.
A success message will appear, and the journey will be moved back to your main journey list. The journey's name will have (Restored on [Date]) appended to it, which you can edit once it's back in your main list.
