Talkable

Connect your Attentive account with Talkable, and sync users' data from the Talkable platform to Attentive. You can then use that data in journeys and campaigns.

With this integration, you can:

  • Sync all person attributes and custom properties from Talkable to Attentive
  • Use custom attributes to create segments for targeted messaging

Prerequisites

Ensure that you meet the following requirements in order to set up this integration:

  • An active Talkable account

Now, complete the following procedure to set up the integration for Talkable and Attentive.

Set up the integration

  1. Log in to your Talkable account.
  2. Go to the AppStore page.
  3. Click Install on the Attentive app.
  4. When prompted, authorize access to your Attentive account.

Use custom attributes to create segments for targeted messaging

After the integration is connected, you can create a dynamic segment in Attentive using the custom attributes from Talkable. The following custom attributes are available for segmentation:

  • email
  • Phone number
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Username
  • is_advocate
  • IP
  • Person custom properties
  • Talkable campaign attributes
