With the Mention Me integration, you can engage your best customers through highly relevant text messages that drive long-term brand advocacy, improved ROI and increased revenue by:
- Sending real-time email opt-ins directly to Attentive
- Creating personalized SMS coupon reminders
- Identifying top advocates to send personalized SMS
- Promoting referrals via SMS
Ensure that you meet the following requirements in order to set up this integration:
- An active Mention Me account on either our Acquire or Optimize packages
- Attentive account with the Mention Me custom app installed
- Attentive signUpSourceID for Mention Me (provided by Attentive)

Use custom events in journeys
After the integration is connected, you can create a custom journey in Attentive using the custom events from Mention Me. The following table lists the available custom events for the journey.

Use custom attributes to create segments for targeted messaging
After the integration is connected, you can create a dynamic segment in Attentive using the custom attributes from Mention Me. The following table lists the available custom attributes available for segmentation.
