After you’ve created at least one message in a campaign, you can create a copy of it to include either in the same campaign or in an entirely new campaign. Copied campaign messages retain most of the message’s settings, including its design, copy, audience, and scheduling.
When you copy a campaign message that has a shortlink, a new shortlink is generated automatically. The shortlink will point to the same destination but will have a unique UTM for tracking purposes.
After you copy a campaign message, make sure to update the following options in the copied message before scheduling your campaign:
- The message name (Optional, but recommended)
- The time and date to send the message
- The message copy (Optional, but recommended)
To copy a campaign message, click the three dots next to the campaign message you want to copy and select Copy.
