Attentive’s email reporting can help you evaluate the success of your email program. These reports include a variety of important metrics, such as the following:
- total and unique opens and open rate
- total and unique clicks and click rate
- conversions, CVR, and revenue
- bounces, bounce rate, and unsubscribes

Email Subscriber Growth
This report shows the growth of your email marketing subscribers. The report shows the number of Email Subscribes, Email Unsubscribes, and Total Email Marketing Subscribers as of the end of the day for each day in the selected date range.

Email Subscribes: New subscribers who opted in to receive your emails within the selected date range.
- Above the graph: Total number of email subscribes for the date range.
- In the table: Number of email subscribes for each day in the date range.

Email Unsubscribes: Subscribers who unsubscribed from your email list within the selected date range.
- Above the graph: Total number of email unsubscribes for the date range.
- In the table: Number of email unsubscribes for each day in the date range.
- Total Email Marketing Subscribers: Cumulative number of subscribers who opted in to receive your emails as of each day of the selected date range.
Multi-Channel Campaign Performance report
The Multi-Channel Campaign Performance report breaks down campaign message performance for both email and text message campaigns by a number of key metrics across a specified date range.
This report contains three tabs:
- Text messages: This tab breaks down the performance of individual text message campaigns. Key metrics include whether the message is SMS or MMS, number of messages delivered, clicks, click rate, conversions, CVR, revenue, unsubscribes, and opt-out rate.
- Email messages: This tab breaks down the performance of individual email campaigns. Key metrics include number of messages delivered, unique opens, total opens, unique clicks, total clicks, unique open rate, unique click rate, conversions, CVR, revenue, unsubscribes, opt-out rate, bounces and bounce rate. - Text & Email messages: This tab consolidates text message and email campaigns. This tab indicates whether each campaign is an email or text message campaign and includes all the key metrics from both the Text messages and Email messages tabs.
Multi-Channel Journeys Aggregate Performance
This report (in the Journeys category) shows aggregate performance metrics for multi-channel (email & text message) journeys. If you’re looking for performance metrics for individual messages within a journey, use the Multi-Channel Journeys Message-Level Performance report. By default, the report shows data from the last 30 days, grouped by day.
Multi-Channel Journeys Message-Level Performance
This report (in the Journeys category) shows performance metrics for individual messages within a multi-channel (email & text message) journeys. If you’re looking for performance metrics aggregated by journey, use the Multi-Channel Journeys Aggregate Performance report. By default, the report shows data from the last 30 days, grouped by day.
Triggered Email Performance report
The Triggered Email Performance report breaks down the success of emails and text messages in journeys according to several key metrics. These metrics include delivery, opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, bounces, opt-outs, and unsubscribes.
This report contains two tabs:
- Message-Level Performance: This tab breaks down the performance of individual messages within a journey. For example, if a journey has three separate Send email steps, there’s a separate row for each of those three steps on this tab.
- Aggregate Journey Performance: This tab breaks down the performance of a channel (email or SMS) within a journey. For example, if a journey has three separate Send email steps, there’s a single row that contains aggregate performance data for those three steps.
