Dashboard for email

The Dashboard gives you a suite of metrics to help you understand your messaging performance. You can use it to understand what’s working and what’s not, spot key trends, and optimize your messaging strategy.

If you send email with Attentive, your Total Email Marketing Subscribers appears at the top of this section. This is the total number of customers who are currently opted in to receive marketing-related email messages from your company.

Below this are two additional tiles that show data for the date range specified at the top of the Dashboard page:

  • Email Subscribes: The number of new email subscribes.
  • Email Unsubscribes: The number of new email unsubscribes.

The Total Email Marketing Subscribers metric, Email Subscribes tile, and Email Unsubscribes tile in the Subscribers section on the Dashboard page for a customer using Attentive Email.

Additionally, the tiles in the Revenue and Message Send Volume sections include data about email performance. This allows you to compare email performance to other channels.
