The following reports are available to help you review and optimize your message cost, spend details, and revenue attributed to messaging with Attentive.

Attributed Revenue | This report shows revenue attributed to your Attentive messaging program. By default, this report shows conversions, total revenue, and average order value from the last 30 days, grouped by day. See FAQs: Attentive's attribution model for more information about attribution. |
Daily Message Cost | This report shows all data pertaining to message cost performance. By default, this report shows data from the last 30 days grouped by day. You can see metrics based on campaign cost, received cost, carrier fees, automated send cost, and total. Toggle between all data points by clicking on the dropdown menu above the line graph to see a graphical representation of the selected metric. |
Campaign Spend Details | This report shows all data pertaining to campaign cost performance. By default, this report shows data from the last 30 days, grouped by day. You can see metrics based on sends, characters, message segments, SMS segments, and MMS segments. |
