Journey reports

The following reports are available to help you review and optimize journey performance with Attentive.

Note: Legal messages aren’t included in Journey Performance reports. Legal messages are included, however, in overall journey counts in visualizations on the Dashboard page.
Report name Description
Automated Messages Performance This report shows all data pertaining to automated message performance metrics. By default, this report shows data from the last 30 days, grouped by day. You can see metrics based on delivered messages, clicks, click rate, conversions, conversion rate, revenue, unsubscribes, and opt-out rate.
Journeys Aggregate Performance This report provides a comprehensive overview of aggregate text message performance in journeys. Defaulting to a 30-day period, grouped by day, it offers data on metrics such as delivered messages, click-throughs, conversion rates, and revenue. The report allows for easy tracking of both unique and total engagement, offering valuable insights into your campaign's performance.
Journeys Message-Level Performance This report offers an in-depth analysis of individual text message performance in journeys. Covering a default period of the last 30 days, organized by day, it displays detailed metrics for each message, including delivery rates, opens, clicks, conversion rates, and revenue. This granular approach provides valuable insights into the performance of each unique message within your campaign.
Multi-Channel Journeys Aggregate Performance

This report provides a comprehensive overview of aggregate email and text message performance in journeys. Defaulting to a 30-day period, grouped by day, it offers data on metrics such as delivered messages, opens, click-throughs, conversion rates, and revenue. The report allows for easy tracking of both unique and total engagement, offering valuable insights into your campaign's performance.

Note: This report only includes journeys that have both email and text messages. To see reports about text-only journeys, use the Journeys Aggregate Performance or Journeys Message-Level Performance reports.

This report offers an in-depth analysis of individual email and text message performance in journeys. Covering a default period of the last 30 days, organized by day, it displays detailed metrics for each message, including delivery rates, opens, clicks, conversion rates, and revenue. This granular approach provides valuable insights into the performance of each unique message within your campaign.

Note: This report only includes journeys that have both email and text messages. To see reports about text-only journeys, use the Journeys Aggregate Performance or Journeys Message-Level Performance reports.
Back-in-stock waitlist enrollment

This report provides data about back-in-stock waitlist activity over a specified date range (default is last 30 days). For each date where there was back-in-stock waitlist activity, the report lists the product ID, variant ID, count of subscribers who signed up for the waitlist for that variant during the specified date range, and the number of notifications sent.

Note: For a given date, the report only includes product variants with waitlist enrollments. If there are no subscribers on the waitlist for a product variant on that date, the variant isn't included in the report.
