By integrating Attentive with AfterShip Returns, you can trigger email journeys and send SMS and email notifications by using the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) status. This allows you to send subscribers timely notifications related to their returns, which can enhance their returns experience.

Prerequisites

Your AfterShip Returns account should be connected to your online store. The integration won’t work properly if it’s not.

Install AfterShip Returns on Attentive

Follow the instructions from AfterShip to use RMA data to trigger transactional email and SMS journeys and to add RMA data (such as RMA number) to messages.
