Use the ShipBob integration to sync shipping and order events from ShipBob to Attentive. This lets you create real-time communications about order statuses—helping you keep customers informed at every stage of the shipping process.

Prerequisites

  • An active ShipBob account
  • An active Attentive account

Set up the ShipBob integration

  1. Log in to your ShipBob account.
  2. Go to Integrations > App Store > Attentive > Get app.
  3. Select Integrate New Store, then sign in to Attentive if prompted.
  4. Click Authorize to allow ShipBob to share event data with Attentive.

Each ShipBob event includes properties (like tracking_number) that you can add to messages to provide shipment updates or other information, like links to tracking details.
