With Stamped + Attentive, you can send Stamped review requests and loyalty program updates to subscribers via email or text message.
With this integration, you can:
- Pass Stamped tracking events to Attentive, such as when a customer submits a review or Net Promoter Score survey or when they’ve earned reward points
- Sync Stamped’s customer properties to Attentive, like loyalty and rewards current points, last submitted review, recent NPS score, and more
Prerequisites
Ensure that you meet the following requirements in order to set up this integration:
- Have an account with Stamped with a connected eCommerce store
- Be on a Professional tier plan with Stamped
Now, complete the following procedure to set up the integration for Stamped and Attentive.
Set up the integration
- After signing in to your Stamped account, select the Attentive app in the Apps section of your dashboard.
- Click Install.
- When prompted, sign in to your Attentive account and provide authorization to connect accounts through Attentive.
You’re redirected to your Stamped dashboard. Your Stamped account is now connected to Attentive.
Use Stamped events to create segments for targeted messaging
You can create custom subscriber segments in Attentive using the custom events from Stamped.
