A comprehensive dashboard and several reports are available to show you how AI Pro helps maximize revenue and boost ROI for your brand.
View the AI Pro dashboard
The AI Pro dashboard helps you see how Attentive AI drives additional revenue, adds new subscribers, and reduces costs. On this dashboard, you can see detailed metrics for Identity AI, Audiences AI, and Send Time AI—all in one place.
- For best results, we recommend installing the Enhanced Attentive tag to increase the number of website visitors who can be identified, making AI Pro even more valuable.
- If you don’t see any of the components of the AI Pro dashboard described below, the corresponding feature may not be enabled for your Attentive account. Reach out to your Attentive CSM or our White Glove team (whiteglove@attentivemobile.com) for assistance.
- Data from before 4/15/2024 isn’t available. If you need earlier data, please reach out to your Attentive CSM or White Glove.
Open the dashboard and select a date range
- Go to Dashboard > AI Pro.
- (Optional) Use the Date range dropdown to show data for a specific time period. By default, it’s set to the last 30 days.
View AI Pro combined performance
In the AI Pro combined performance section at the top of the dashboard, you’ll see these key metrics for the selected date range:
- Additional revenue: Shows additional revenue driven by AI Pro as a dollar amount and a percentage, including revenue from welcome journeys. This metric represents a comparison against baseline revenue. Baseline revenue includes:
- revenue from messages that would've been sent without using Audiences AI or Identity AI.
- revenue from welcome messages sent to subscribers who would've been identified by the standard tag if the Enhanced Attentive tag weren't installed, starting when the Enhanced Attentive tag was installed.
- Subscriptions added: Shows how many new subscribers are attributed to AI Pro as a count and a percentage. This percentage lift represents the subscribers you would’ve added during this time period without AI Pro, not your total subscribers.
- Reduced cost: Shows the amount of money saved by excluding unlikely purchasers with Audiences AI.
Below these metrics, there’s a bar chart with three tabs:
- Additional revenue
- Reduced cost
- Revenue over time
Use these tabs to switch between the different bar charts. Each chart shows how AI Pro features perform compared to how your messaging program would’ve performed if AI Pro weren’t enabled. For example, the Revenue over time tab displays a bar chart with separate bars for Baseline revenue (i.e., revenue without AI Pro), Additional revenue from Identity AI, and Additional revenue from Audiences AI.

This is broken down into Additional revenue and Additional sends. Click View details to see a more detailed report about AI expansion performance.
- Exclusions: Shows the total cost savings and suppressed sends by excluding subscribers with Audiences AI who are less likely to make a purchase. This is broken down into Reduced cost and Suppressed sends. Click View details to see a more detailed report about Audiences AI aggregate performance, including exclusions.
At the bottom of this section is a usage tag that indicates generally how many of your campaigns use Audiences AI (e.g., High usage or Medium usage). It also specifically breaks down the numbers of campaigns that are expanded or that exclude subscribers.
View Send Time AI performance
The Send Time AI section appears if Send Time AI is enabled. It explains how Send Time AI identifies each subscriber’s optimal time to send a message.
At the bottom of this section is a usage tag that indicates generally how many of your campaigns currently use Send Time AI (e.g., High usage or Medium usage). It also specifically breaks down the number of campaigns where Send Time AI was enabled.

Campaign performance metrics
When you click into a delivered campaign from the Campaigns page, you’ll see metrics that can help you understand how Audiences AI boosted your campaign’s performance.
The metrics In the Campaign Metrics section are tailored to show how Audiences AI optimized the campaign. Metrics that may appear include:
- Incremental revenue: The amount of additional revenue earned by using Audiences AI, as compared to the campaign’s estimated performance without Audiences AI.
- Actual performance with Audiences AI: Performance data about your campaign with audiences optimized by Audiences AI, including number of messages delivered, click rate and conversion rate, revenue, and unsubscribes.
- Low-propensity identified with Audiences AI: Data about subscribers identified by Audiences AI as unlikely to make a purchase, including the number of subscribers, click and conversion rate, revenue, and unsubscribes. These recipients are also included under Actual performance with Audiences AI, unless you choose to identify and keep these subscribers, in which case these metrics don’t appear.
- Estimated performance without Audiences AI: Estimated performance data about your campaign without audiences optimized by Audiences AI, including number of messages delivered, click rate and conversion rate, revenue, and unsubscribes.
Filter by Audiences AI segment in third-party analytics platforms
You can review Audiences AI performance data in third-party analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. By default, you can filter on the utm_campaign parameter to view performance by audience type. If you use utm_campaign, Attentive automatically appends a dynamic value to it that identifies the Audiences AI segment of a subscriber who clicks a link in a campaign message.
For example, if the value of utm_campaign includes the message name, the values for a message named “Summer sale” sent to all three Audiences AI segments might look like the following:
Audience segment | Parameter value |
Base | summer_sale_base |
Expansion | summer_sale_audiences_ai |
Low propensity | summer_sale_low_propensity |
If you don’t use utm_campaign for link tracking, the message name followed by the dynamic Audiences AI value is appended to a new ai_audience parameter.
- This feature is supported for both SMS and email campaign messages. For information about using Audiences AI with email messages, see [Beta] Improve Email Targeting with Audiences AI.
- If you create a new custom parameter to track Audiences AI segments in Attentive, and you want to filter on this parameter in your analytics platform, you must create an event-scoped custom dimension in Google Analytics 4 or a custom dimension in Adobe Analytics.
- In message previews, you’ll see the value
audience_ai_segment_placeholder
, but the link in the actual message will use one of the three values listed above, depending on which audience the subscriber belongs to.
If you want to track Audiences AI segments using a different link tracking parameter, click { } to add the {{subscriber.AISegmentMembership}}
variable to the Value of the parameter you want to use to track the audience subscriber segment. You can also manually append the dynamic Audiences AI value to a link tracking parameter by adding it to a URL using an underscore (_
), not an ampersand (&
). For example:
https://www.yoursite.com/?utm_campaign=summer_{{message.messageName}}_{{subscriber.AISubscriberMembership}}
In the example below, {{message.messsageName}}_{{subscriber.AISegmentMembership}}
is being appended to the Value of a custom utm_segment parameter.
{{subscriber.AISegmentMembership}}
can’t be appended to the Value of the utm_medium or utm_source parameters.
