Use templates to build segments

Find inspiration and save time building your next segment by targeting common groups of subscribers quickly and easily using pre-built conditions that will help you send more relevant and powerful messages to your subscribers.

  • New subscribers: Customers who've subscribed to messages within the past 180 days.
  • Engaged subscribers: Subscribers who've clicked a shortlink within the past 90 days.
  • Prospects: Subscribers who haven't completed a single purchase. 
  • Repeat buyers: Subscribers who've successfully completed multiple purchases. 
  • Unengaged subscribers: Subscribers who haven't clicked any shortlink within the past 30 days.

Create a segment with a template

To use the new segmentation templates:

  1. On the Segments page, click + Create segment. A popup appears. segment_templates.png
  2. Click Create next to Segment templates
  3. Choose from the segment templates listed above.
  4. Create your segment.
