Find inspiration and save time building your next segment by targeting common groups of subscribers quickly and easily using pre-built conditions that will help you send more relevant and powerful messages to your subscribers.
- New subscribers: Customers who've subscribed to messages within the past 180 days.
- Engaged subscribers: Subscribers who've clicked a shortlink within the past 90 days.
- Prospects: Subscribers who haven't completed a single purchase.
- Repeat buyers: Subscribers who've successfully completed multiple purchases.
- Unengaged subscribers: Subscribers who haven't clicked any shortlink within the past 30 days.
Create a segment with a template
To use the new segmentation templates:
- On the Segments page, click + Create segment. A popup appears.
- Click Create next to Segment templates.
- Choose from the segment templates listed above.
- Create your segment.
