We’ve released exciting updates to Attentive’s email platform over the past month. These include:
Mail Privacy Protection (MPP) Segmentation
You can now exclude opens that are coming from devices with MPP enabled when creating engagement segments. This functionality allows you to create more effective segmentation of engaged subscribers because you can include more granular filtering. For example exclude those with MPP or include those with MPP and who clicked a link to get an accurate picture of whether they are engaged.

New Updates to Visual Reports in the Reports Library
We’ve added new Aggregate and Message-Level reports for Journeys that include a triggered email. This report lets users group the data by day, week, month, year, and entire range.

Custom Attribute Macros
Users can now leverage customer attributes as macros in emails. Our improved personalizations now let you set a default/fallback value and use conditional logic.
