We’ve recently released a number of exciting enhancements to triggered emails. These enhancements include:

  • Prebuilt journeys for SMS & email
  • Welcome journey support for email
  • Updated SMS & email reporting within journeys

New! Prebuilt journeys are available for email and SMS With our comprehensive library of prebuilt journeys for SMS & Email, you can quickly build new journeys to message subscribers across multiple channels. Simply decide on a trigger you want to use, select it from the list of prebuilt journeys within the Attentive UI, and voila! A pre-populated journey flow is set up based on best practices gathered from across our customers. Prebuilt_Journeys_Mock_600x330.png To get started, go to the Journeys tab in Attentive, and click Explore prebuilt journeys tab at the top.

New! Welcome journeys fully support email sign ups Create visually appealing and on-brand welcome journeys for all of your new email subscribers. This enables you to seamlessly orchestrate welcome flows across multiple channels, ensuring a consistent and unified experience. Welcome_Journeys_Email_%2B_UI_600x330.png To get started, go to the Journeys tab in Attentive, create a new journey and choose Welcome New Email Subscribers.

Updated! Clear SMS & Email reporting directly within journeys We’ve made significant updates to our reporting capabilities, directly within Attentive. The Attentive Journeys UI now includes more detailed metrics around individual message performance–Having easy access to insights across multiple message types, enables you to make data-informed decisions on the fly. Email___SMS_Reporting__600x330.png To view the new metrics, go to one of your active journeys in Attentive and click on any email or SMS message step. These updates are all available within the Attentive UI.
