We’ve released a number of exciting updates to Attentive’s email platform over the past month. You can check them out below, or explore our email documentation for more information.
[New] Email List Hygiene
We’re excited to let you know that we’ve recently released Automated Email Hygiene - a new way to improve the quality of your email subscribers within the Attentive platform. This release suppresses subscribers who may be impacting your deliverability rates due to reasons such as:
- Has an invalid domain (i.e. gmai.com, hotmal.com, etc.)
- Has marked your emails as spam
- Has hit a temporary failure multiple times (i.e. blocked more than 3 times)
- Has hit a permanent failure (i.e. hard bounce)

[New] Campaign Email A/B Testing
Understand how different content and send times perform using A/B testing. You can test up to 30 variations of content and send time to see which converts the most subscribers into customers.

[New] Campaign Email Smart Sending
Smart sending for campaign emails limits how many marketing messages you can send to the same subscriber within a specific period of time. With smart sending, subscribers will be skipped if they’ve already received the maximum number of emails you select within a specific period of time.

[New] Dynamic Shopify Cart Links
For customers with an integration with Shopify, you can now insert a dynamic link that will send a subscriber a link to a cart, populated with their items they have added.

[Updated] Campaign Email Reporting
You can now view more performance metrics in your campaign metrics dashboard including:
- Unique Opens
- Total Opens
- Total Clicks
- Total Bounced
- Individual Link Performance

[Updated] Campaign Segments
We’ve made improvements to our segmentation feature on Campaign Email. These changes will enable users to create more prescriptive audiences by including/excluding more segments from an email message.
