Smart Sending limits how many marketing messages you can send to the same subscriber within a specified period of time. In Attentive, you must configure separate Smart Sending settings for emails and text messages.
Follow these steps to configure Smart Sending settings:
- Go to the Settings tab and click Messages.
Note: If you send messages to multiple regions from a single account, Smart Sending is set up per region in Settings > Company > Regions > Messaging. See [Beta] Manage your international messaging program for more information. - In the For text messages section under Smart Sending, select the maximum number of text messages to send within a specified period of time.
- In the For email section under Smart Sending, select the maximum number of email messages to send within a specified period of time.
- Click Save settings.
