Attentive Email: June

We’ve released a number of exciting updates to Attentive’s email platform over the past month. These include:

Multiple Dynamic Products

Users can create more personalized messaging experiences and improve conversions of specific products targeted to your customers by adding in multiple dynamic products. This new feature enables customers to add all products from a subscriber's abandoned cart, checkout, or purchase order in an email.

Add a Product Recommendation

Allows customers to add product recommendations to any email message (Journey or Campaign), as long as they are on Shopify. Attentive’s machine learning tool allows you to suggest products to each subscriber based on their shopping history in the past 3 months, and what other shoppers also purchased.

HTML Editor

After you create your email campaign or add an email step to your journey, you can input the full contents of the email in HTML. The HTML editor allows you to incorporate discount codes, personalization, and images.

Branching on Multiple Products and Cart Value

This feature allows both SMS and email users to create journey branches on any or all products in the cart, as well as the cart value. You can only create branches based on multiple products where the trigger that starts the journey is Checkout started, or Made a purchase. Customers can branch for:

  • Checkout Started (Shopify only) and Post Purchase Journeys
  • Any and all products included in a triggering event
  • And what the value of that cart was

This new functionality enables users to create more relevant messaging based on the customers behavior.
