We’ve released exciting updates to Attentive’s email platform over the past month. These include:

Global Product Exclusions

For customers who use Shopify, you can now exclude products from appearing as a product recommendation in emails. For example, you can tag products like insurance, warranties, or seasonal items so that they don't appear as recommendations.

Here’s a step-by-step guide for setting this up.

Filters for Visual Reports in the Reports Library

You can now add preset filters to visual reports to drill down into performance. For instance, you can filter the Sign-Up Units report by a specific creative type or the Multi-Channel Journeys reports by email or text channel.

mParticle Integration

Our new integration with mParticle enables you to send more personalized and targeted messages using any data source connected to mParticle. Sync customer attributes and events from any tool integrated with mParticle and trigger messages based on those events. You can also deepen your segmentation using these customer attributes or behavior data.
