Cogny offers a suite of fan engagement products and services for the sports and entertainment industries. Attentive’s integration with Cogny allows you to import Ticketmaster data for revenue attribution and attendance tracking.
Some key use cases for this integration include:
- Revenue attribution: Ticketmaster purchase data is imported into Attentive. When a purchase is made by an existing subscriber, it’s linked to that subscriber’s profile. Purchases are attributed to specific messages based on a customer’s attribution settings, enabling you to track conversion rates, revenue per message, and ROI.
- Segmentation: Create new segments based on ticket purchase behavior. For example, you can create a segment of subscribers who bought a ticket in the past 6 months or those who purchased a ticket to the last home game.
- Real-time event data: Receive real-time event updates when a subscriber scans their ticket at a venue. Use this data for triggered messages, like sending a concession promotion 10 minutes after entering the stadium or promoting the next game 24 hours after attendance.
