Using Bluedot, you can quickly implement a curbside solution that enables SMS messaging and updates during the order pickup journey. With Bluedot Hello Screens, store staff are updated in real-time on impending customer arrival. This means better NPS scores, reduced wait times, and more efficient operations around curbside.
When a customer places a mobile order, Bluedot pulls relevant order details from the ordering platform. Bluedot creates a web link and sends it to Attentive as a custom event. This event can trigger a journey in Attentive that sends the link to the customer, serving as confirmation of the order. The customer then engages with the Attentive SMS link, which launches the Bluedot curbside experience. All order updates and arrival confirmations from the customer display in real-time on staff-facing screens (i.e., Bluedot Hello Screens) inside the store.
