With the Attentive + Clyde integration, you’re able to leverage Clyde events to enrich Attentive subscriber journeys and send transactional text messages to customer segments. All new orders, claims, product registrations, and contract sales create new “events” in Attentive for use throughout a Clyde subscriber’s journey. Drive additional CLV through key post purchase touchpoints, such as offering product protection for customers who’ve purchased eligible products and messaging customers during the claims process.

With this integration, you can enhance your post purchase strategy using the following customer behavior-based triggers:

  • New Claim – Message subscribers after they've filed a claim to help them navigate the process.
  • New Contract Sale – Message Clyde customers when they've purchased protection during an order.
  • New Order – Message subscribers when they've placed an order synced to your Clyde account. You can key off of the post purchase eligibility to determine if there's an upsell opportunity.
  • New Registration – Message subscribers any time they've registered a product with Clyde protection.

Prerequisites

Ensure that you meet the following requirements in order to set up this integration:

  • An active Clyde account
  • At least one of the following (so that data appears in Attentive): contract sale, claim, order, or registration

Set up the integration

Complete the following steps to set up the integration:

  1. Log in to your Clyde dashboard, and click Connect to Attentive.
  2. Select Connect Integration to kick off the authentication redirect.
  3. If you’re not already logged in to Attentive, log in now; then select the Attentive account that you want to connect to Clyde (in the top-right corner).
  4. Select Authorize.
    Your Clyde account is now connected to Attentive.

Use custom events in Journeys and to create segments for targeted messaging

After the integration is connected, you can create custom journeys and dynamic segments in Attentive using the custom events from Clyde. The following table lists the available custom events and their properties for journey mapping and segment filtering:
