With this integration, you can send phone numbers collected from Narvar’s Track page to Attentive to send transactional or marketing messages.
Notes:
- This integration only collects marketing subscribers from your Narvar Track page. It doesn’t enable sending Narvar transactional messages through Attentive’s platform.
- This integration doesn't trigger or enable any specific messages, such as order updates. It simply adds subscribers to Attentive so they can receive the messages you send from the Attentive platform.
Prerequisites
Ensure that you have the following:
- Active Narvar Track & Notify Subscription
- Active Attentive account
Follow the steps below to integrate Narvar and Attentive.
Set up the integration
- Contact your Narvar CSM or Narvar Support to activate the promotional opt-in display on your track page.
- If you require specific language to be used in the disclaimer text below the opt-in, you can use the Narvar Track Experience Editor to update that text. Ask your Narvar CSM or Narvar Support for more information. You can find guidance and more information about SMS compliance in our Compliance guides.
- Generate an Attentive API key.
- Request a Sign Up Source ID from your Attentive CSM or White Glove team. Please specify whether you intend to create marketing subscribers or transactional subscribers within Attentive.
- Log in to Narvar Hub.
- Go to Partnerships > Attentive.
- Paste your API key and
signUpSourceID
into the respective fields, then save. - In Attentive, install the Narvar integration. You can find the app in Attentive’s App Marketplace.
Your integration is now active.
