HubSpot

Grow your text marketing list and your email list at the same time using Attentive’s best-in-class sign-up forms. Customers can opt in to both email and text marketing in the same sign-up flow. Our integration ensures that emails automatically sync to HubSpot so that you can start sending marketing emails immediately. This integration also helps you keep your contact data and opt-in status up-to-date.

Postback data

Through this integration, Attentive shares the following data with HubSpot:

• email
• phone
• creative ID
• source

Note: Attentive only posts back email data by default. If you want to post back phone, creative ID, and source, you first need to create these properties in HubSpot. Then contact our White Glove team (whiteglove@attentivemobile.com) for assistance in setting up the postback.

Prerequisites

Ensure that you meet the following requirements in order to set up this integration:

• You must have a HubSpot account

Set up the integration

Now, complete the following procedure to set up the integration:

1. Navigate to the integrations setup page in Attentive, and select HubSpot.
2. Click Install.
3. Click Connect.
   You’re redirected to HubSpot.
4. If you have more than one HubSpot account, select the account you want to use; then click Choose Account.
5. On the Connecting Attentive to HubSpot page, click Connect app.
   You’re redirected back to Attentive and see a confirmation message. Your HubSpot account is now connected to Attentive.
