Manage offers

The Offers page lets you track and manage your existing offers. Next to each offer, you can see their status, remaining coupons, the date of the most recent update, and the creation date. Use the search bar and filters to locate a specific offer.

Edit an offer

After you have applied an offer to a discount code or sign-up unit, you can follow the steps below to view where each offer is applied, and make any desired changes. 

  1. On the Offers page, locate the offer you'd like to review.
  2. Click the three dots and select Edit. 
  3. Below Details, optionally edit the following fields:
    • Discount name: Update the external-facing name of the discount. 
    • Upload discount codes: Upload a CSV file that is under 100 MB, contains 1 column, and no header. See Offer Distribution to control which codes are valid during a specific time frame.
    • Description: Add an external-facing description of the discount code.

  4. Select the Add auto-apply link toggle to add an auto-apply link to the offer. Then, update the destination URL in the field below. A preview of the link appears to the right.
  5. If you added an auto-apply link, select Add UTM parameters to enter UTM parameters below. For more information about link tracking, see Set up global link tracking.

  6. When you're satisfied with your changes, click Update. 

Manage Coupon Uploads

You can manage individual coupon batches within an offer using the Active and Deleted sub-tabs:

  1. Head to the offers section of the UI on the left-side menu
  2. Click the three dots to the right of the offer you’re working with and click Edit
  3. Scroll to the bottom to see the Active and Deleted sub-tabs

Move a coupon upload

You can move a CSV coupon upload from one offer to another.

Note: This action is only available for offers consisting of CSV uploads. It cannot be performed for Shopify autogen or static offers.

  1. Within an offer, navigate to the Active uploads tab.
  2. Click the three dots to the right of the offer you want to move
  3. Click Move Upload
  4. From the drop down, select which offer you would like to move the upload to.

Note: Ensure there are no overlapping distribution windows with uploads already in the new offer. If windows overlap, you will see an error. You can adjust distribution windows by clicking the three dots (...) on the right-hand side of the upload.

Restore a deleted upload

If a coupon upload was removed in error, you can now "undelete" it.

  1. Navigate to the Deleted coupon uploads sub-tab within the offer.
  2. Locate the upload you wish to restore and select the option to restore it to the active list.
