With this integration, you can pass email addresses collected through the Attentive sign-up unit to Zoho.

Through this integration, Attentive shares the following data with Zoho:

- last name = Attentive
Step 1. Collect Zoho information
Log in to your Zoho Developer Console and follow the steps outlined in the Self-Client authorization option to generate an organization-specific grant token. After you generate the token, save the following information to be used in Step 2:
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- Grant Token (also known as the Refresh Token)
The following scopes are needed for this integration:
ZohoCRM.modules.READ
ZohoCRM.modules.CREATE
ZohoCRM.modules.UPDATE
ZohoCRM.modules.DELETE
Step 2. Set up the integration in Attentive
Now, complete the following procedure to set up the integration in Attentive:
- Navigate to the integrations setup page and select Zoho.
- Note: If you do not see Zoho as an option on the integration setup page, contact our White Glove team (whitegolve@attentivemobile.com) to have it enabled.
- Enter the Module API Name. This is where the list of contacts will appear in Zoho. For example, enter Leads for the contacts to appear in the Leads tab in Zoho. See What is a 'module' in Zoho CRM for details.
- Enter the following details that were collected in Step 1:
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- Refresh Token (also known as the Grant Token)
- Enter https://accounts.zoho.com in the Account URL field.
- Click Set up integration.
Your Zoho account is now connected to Attentive.
