Zeta Global

Grow your text marketing list and your email list at the same time using Attentive’s best-in-class sign-up units. Customers can opt in to both email and text marketing in the same sign-up flow. Our integration ensures that emails automatically sync to Zeta Global so that you can start sending marketing emails immediately. This integration also helps you keep your contact data and opt-in status up-to-date.

Prerequisites

Ensure that you meet the following requirements in order to set up this integration:

  • You must have a Zeta Global account

Note: This integration is designed for single brand Zeta Global accounts. It doesn't currently support parent/child account configurations.

Now, complete the following procedures to set up the integration.

Step 1. Collect Zeta Global information

Complete the following steps to collect information from your Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP) to connect to Attentive:

  1. Log in to your ZMP account.
  2. Click Profile in the left-side navigation, and then click Integrations.
  3. Copy and save the REST API Key and Site Id in the Access Keys section, as shown in the following image.

Step 2. Set up the integration in Attentive

Now, complete the following procedure to set up the integration in Attentive’s platform:

  1. Navigate to the integrations setup page and select Zeta Global.
  2. Enter the following details:
    • Site Id—This is the unique ID you collected from Step 1.
    • REST API Key—This is the unique API key that you collected from Step 1.
    • Source—This is the source from where the contact was acquired. For example, you can enter Attentive.
  3. (Optional) Edit the following settings:
    • Enable Track Events—Forward track events to Zeta Global. By default, this setting is enabled.
      • Note: If Enable Track Events is turned on, you must enter a name of the activity in the Track event name field. You can refer to this name when searching for activities or in the message. For example, enter attentive_signup.
    • Forward phones—Forward any phone numbers collected by Attentive to Zeta Global. By default, this setting is enabled.
    • Forward emails—Forward any email addresses collected by Attentive to Zeta Global. By default, this setting is enabled.
  4. Click Set up integration.
    Your Zeta Global account is now connected to Attentive.
