After you customize the tone and language that Concierge agents use, you can add your Concierge persona name to the following:
- Virtual contact card
- Company display name
This way, each message you send subscribers is further personalized. This increases the likelihood of a reply, which initiates a conversation with your agents.
Add your persona name to your virtual contact card
When subscribers open the contact card you send them, your contact information is saved as a new contact in their phone. Moving forward, this displays the contact name in their inbox instead of the phone number or shortcode.
To add your Concierge persona name to your virtual contact card:
- On the Settings page, click the Company tab.
- Below Virtual Contact Card, make sure the toggle Enable Virtual Contact Card is turned on.
- Below Contact display name, add your persona name with your company name.
- For example, instead of Electric & Rose, you can update the name to display as Sarah from Electric & Rose.
- For example, instead of Electric & Rose, you can update the name to display as Sarah from Electric & Rose.
- Click Save settings.
Add your persona name to your company display name
Each text that you send to subscribers includes your company display name. By default, this is the same as your company name. You can personalize the experience by adding your persona name to the company display name.
To add your Concierge persona name to your company display name:
- On the Settings page, click the Company tab.
- Below Contact display name, add your persona name with your company name.
- For example, instead of Electric & Rose, you can update the name to display as Sarah from Electric & Rose.
- Click Save settings.
