Manage Text-to-Join campaigns

Text-to-Join (TTJ) campaigns let you set up a memorable keyword that subscribers can text to your short code or toll-free number so that they can opt in to become subscribers. In exchange, your customers receive a confirmation text along with the welcome message and offer that you promoted to them.

After the platform sets up these keywords for you, use the guide below to preview, assign, or manage your TTJ campaigns.

Note: Please continue to contact the White Glove team (whiteglove@attentivemobile.com) if you want to:

  • Create new TTJ codes*
  • Edit existing TTJ codes
  • Copy existing TTJ campaigns

* You don't need to contact the White Glove team if you can create new TTJ codes yourself.
