Ometria’s customer data and marketing platform helps your team uncover powerful customer insights that you can use in your reporting, segmentation, and campaigns. The Ometria-Attentive sync unlocks endless marketing opportunities that you can execute in Attentive and helps you achieve a consistent approach across your email and SMS marketing strategy.
Use Ometria data to create hyper-relevant customer dynamic or static segments that you can sync with Attentive for more relevant SMS targeting. The sync is real-time and updates Attentive every time there’s a change to a synced segment, so any contacts who enter or exit your Ometria segment are also added to or removed from your Attentive segment.
With this integration, you can:
- Sync your contacts and segments in Ometria with Attentive and use them to power your SMS campaigns.
Prerequisites
- An Ometria account
Set up the integration
Now, complete this procedure to set up the integration.
Use custom attributes to create segments for targeted messaging
After the integration is connected, you can create a dynamic segment in Attentive using custom attributes from Ometria.
After you select a custom attribute, include or exclude subscribers from the segment by selecting is or is not and entering “true” or “false.”
For example, to create a dynamic segment of subscribers who have a value of “true” for the “Platinum” segment in Ometria, select the appropriate custom attribute, select is from the dropdown, and then enter “true” in the textbox.
To create a dynamic segment of subscribers who don’t have a value of “true” for the “Platinum” segment (including subscribers for whom the value is “false” or the attribute doesn’t exist in their profile), select is not from the dropdown, and then enter “true” in the textbox.
Note that this logic also applies when using the “false” value. A segment of subscribers who don’t have the false value (i.e., “is not false”) would include subscribers for whom the value is “true” or the attribute doesn't exist in their profile.
