With the Attentive and LoyaltyLion integration, you can connect your loyalty and engagement platform to your email and SMS program. Data can be sent from your LoyaltyLion account to Attentive in order to segment loyalty subscribers and send targeted campaigns and journeys through the Attentive platform. Using email and SMS marketing can enable you to increase engagement with your loyalty program. Use this integration to deliver personalized SMS messaging to encourage repeat purchases and increase your customer lifetime value (CLTV).
With this integration, you can:
- Increase sign ups for email and SMS marketing by rewarding your customers for opting in.
- Increase customer spend and reward redemption by creating loyalty segments and using them to personalize your email and SMS marketing campaigns.
- Automate your marketing efforts with event-based email and SMS messages by using loyalty data to trigger and personalize SMS marketing journeys.
Ensure that you meet the following requirements in order to set up this integration:
- An active LoyaltyLion subscription and a live loyalty program to access the Attentive integration.
- You must have a LoyaltyLion Plus plan or add the Attentive integration as a chargeable upgrade. Contact LoyaltyLion support if you need to upgrade.
